Spread the adhesive on the back of the tile. 2. Use spacers if you need to. 3. Lay the sink trim next and remember to caulk between the plywood and the sink before you set the sink trim. 4. With quarter round tiles you will have to either use specially molded quarter round corners or miter the corners. 5. Now you can set the field tiles. Lay each row front to back starting at the center. 6. Finally you do the backsplash. Use a bull nose tile that is applied directly on the top of the back field tiles. Apply the adhesive to the back and caulk the joints. 7. Let the tiles setup completely and then grout. That's it! Your ceramic countertops are installed and ready to begin using.
